2. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

• The Service offers free and paid plans with different usage limits and feature access.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar. Billing terms, taxes, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout.
• Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Plan downgrades/cancellations affect available features and limits in the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, scan, or monitor private/internal systems through Website Watch or any feature.
• Interfere with Service reliability, reverse engineer protected components, or distribute malware.
• Ingest or store content you do not have the right to process through the Service.

4. Third-Party Sources and Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and data sources (for example social/news APIs, RSS publishers, email providers, and payment infrastructure). Availability, accuracy, and uptime of third-party content are outside our control.

5. AI Features

AI summary outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for convenience and are not professional advice.

6. Your Content and License

• You retain ownership of your content (including board setup, saved items, and notes).
• You grant Oku a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have rights to the content you submit and process in the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by Oku and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
